Rural Surveyor - Farm Sales | APC or Chartered | West Sussex

Our client

We are working with a leading independent firm of chartered surveyors' agricultural valuers, planning consultants and farm and estate agents providing a diverse range of property-related services throughout the region.

The role

As part of an expansion plan, we are looking for someone to join the team. Focusing on the sale of farms, estates, equestrian properties, and rural residential properties. In addition, there is also the sale of all types of land including strategic development land as well as farm and woodland.

The role will cover all aspects of rural estate agency and will include providing valuation and general rural consultancy advice.

In return they will provide support and hands on training to ensure you thrive in the company with the ability to progress to partner.

The candidate

The successful candidate will be MRICS and CAAV qualified or near qualified and be able to provide recommendations to clients based on technical knowledge and experience. You will be a keen networker, confident, resourceful and capable of building and maintaining good relationships with colleagues and clients. An affinity with and knowledge of farming and the agricultural community is essential.
