Through continued growth, we are seeking a rural surveyor to manage a growing client base with an immediate body of work to take on.

Our client

We are excited to be working with a small independent firm of chartered surveyors who are market leaders in their area. Providing exceptional service has led to their growth and continued development from a loyal client base.

The role

Due to an increasing caseload, we are seeking additional rural surveyors to join the team. Up until now, the work has been carried out by the existing partners but now they require additional capacity. Full support in the handover will be given to fully understand the projects and landowners' needs.

There is a range of work that can be picked up, suiting someone looking for a step up in their career up to some particularly challenging and contentious work supporting landowners. Naturally, there is always succession planning with such a firm too. Work is a mix of traditional advice along with environmental, planning, energy projects, and utility work to name a few.

Working on behalf of the landowners you be ensuring their interests are protected throughout.

The candidate

Due to the wide nature of roles, we are looking for a range of candidates with a salary to match. An interest in utility work on behalf of the landowner would assist in a particular pressure point, Suffolk has the most utility projects in the country currently.

Because there is so much work on there is no need to bring clients with you.

What you can expect

There is a great salary on offer and package to match and will be in line with experience.
