Location: Albrighton, WV7 3AT
Salary: £29,000 to £32,000 per annum (DOE)

Overview
We are looking for a commercially confident Sales Advisor to join a well‑established supplier of hardy nursery stock to the commercial landscaping sector. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid sales experience who enjoys building relationships, managing accounts and being closely involved with the production side of a business.
You will play an important role handling enquiries, pricing, quoting and maintaining strong customer relationships. A key part of this position is working closely with the nursery and production teams to ensure stock levels, availability and customer expectations all line up. This is a role for someone who enjoys communicating, coordinating and keeping things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow customer accounts through consistent communication
* Prepare quotes, price enquiries and track opportunities
* Follow up on quotations and negotiate orders
* Work closely with nursery and production teams to confirm stock and availability
* Support the wider team with accurate order processing and customer updates
* Attend client meetings and site visits when required
* Represent the business at industry events
* Maintain detailed notes, update CRM systems and work towards agreed KPIs
What's required from you
Essential
* Experience in sales, account management or business development
* Confident communicator with strong relationship building skills
* Comfortable working with production or operational teams
* IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Organised, proactive and commercially aware
* Full UK driving licence
Desirable
* Any horticultural or plant related experience
* Experience in nurseries, landscaping, garden centres or outdoor trade
