The Role

You'll be working closely with a supportive team while also managing your own accounts independently, building relationships that truly make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and existing customers
  • Listen carefully to customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
  • Act as a trusted advisor and reliable point of contact
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and uncover growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with the wider team to share insights and support business goals
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity

The Candidate
