We are working with a fresh produce grower and marketer who have a requirement for a Sales Manager to look after their business with the Wholesale markets around the country. The business is seeing a lot of growth in this area so there is a big opportunity to drive some big wins.
You will be managing all of their wholesale relationships and driving their sales in this area.
There is the opportunity to expand into some other non-retail areas (B2B mainly) for the right individual as well.
Working closely with the broader team to ensure you know what the growing forecasts are looking like and ensuring product is procured to fill any short falls.
You will have a background in fresh produce and have worked with the main wholesale markets around the country.
You will need a proven track record with customers but the business has existing business which you can step into very quickly and develop from there.
Being a team player is essential and you will need to be able to manage a number of internal stakeholders to get the most out of them.
