About the Role

As the Plant Manager, you will take the reins of the Seasonal and Indoor Plant Area within the Garden Centre. Your knack for replenishment and merchandising will shine through. Beyond that, you'll play a pivotal role in the development of your team, fostering a culture of excellent customer service.
