About the Role

As the Plant Manager, you will take the reins of the Seasonal and Indoor Plant Area within the Garden Centre. Your responsibilities include meticulously planning and supervising daily operations, ensuring all stock is prominently displayed with clear pricing. Your knack for replenishment and merchandising will shine through. Beyond that, you'll play a pivotal role in the development of your team, fostering a culture of excellent customer service.
