About the Role

As Seasonal Plant Team Manager, you will be confident in stock control working closely with the buying team to ensure the best products are readily available you will be focused on ensuring the seasonal plant area is of the highest standard. You should get excited about providing excellent customer service and training you team to do the same. Your passion for horticulture will be paramount, and you will be able to use this to offer advice to customers, create excellent displays and maintain stock levels.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience in working in a garden centre environment and be looking for a new challenge or to improve on their current position. You will be confident in running a small team and can train, develop, and motivate the people around you. You will have a commercial mind, knowing stock control methods, and be able to make improvements within the plant area.
