Section Leader

A dynamic and ever expanding business, who supply into the retail sector all across the UK and Europe are looking to take on a passionate and ambitious Section Leader to join their Production team to help grow and drive the business in the right direction.

The successful individual will be an experienced production professional with proven supervisory or managerial experience within a Production team within either food or fresh produce industries. You must be able to work well under pressure to ensure that deadlines are hit whilst maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude for the work you are carrying out.

With this in mind, you will be a role model to those around you, with a can-do attitude and a passion for your work you will ensure standards in safety and quality are adhered to at all times.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, coaching and mentoring the team to deliver and achieve daily KPI's to ensure daily customer orders are met and are of the highest of standards.
