We are working with an innovative Fresh Produce service provider operating primarily within the Fresh Produce sector. They have experienced phenomenal growth with annual revenues of more than £35 million now looking to increase their workforce.

About the Role

As Section Production Manager You will be responsible for delivering KPIs such as budgetary controls, workload and be able to complete all staff training to ensure high standards of compliance. A good Section Production Manager will be able to manage the Line Leaders ensuring that quality and health & safety standards are achieved and maintained. Daily you will be working with standard operating procedures, health & safety and product specifications. As the Section Manager, you will be tasked with coaching, mentoring and leading a team to ensure products are collated and packed to customers' requirements.

The Ideal Candidate

Ideally, you would have previous experience within fresh produce, food production or FMCG environment and be able to work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines, whilst maintaining a positive attitude motivating your team. You must have a good understanding of CI and how to apply this to the working environment. (4 on 4 off Day's shift pattern)
