Seed Sales Executive | Fresh Produce | Lincolnshire
About our Client:-
We are working with one of the leading Fresh Produce business in the country. They have been a driving force in the sector for many years and have made brilliant strides forward in recent years. They have a number of interests, but this particular role will be focussed within their Seed Sales team.
About the Role:-
This role is an important position within their Seed Sales team. You will be responsible for generating new sales with growers outside of their networks. You will be managing the whole sales process from start to finish and will need to keep in close contact with your customers. You will be working under one of the senior managers and will have the chance to learn from them as well.
The Ideal Candidate:-
You will ideally have some level sales experience, preferably selling seeds to UK Growers. However, an affinity with Agriculture and being able to deal effectively with Farmers is crucial. You will need to be in close communication with a number of internal stakeholders, so the ability to operate in a structured and focussed way is important. You will be driven and be able to work as effectively on your own steam as well as part of a team.
