You know that feeling when a customer presentation actually lands - when they get it, nod along, and don't just ask for lower prices? That's what this job is about.

What Can I Expect?

This business already has a strong presence in the fruit and veg aisles of all the major retailers, but it's growing and they need someone who can manage, nurture and grow those retail relationships while keeping the commercial plates spinning.

You'll be the one driving category conversations, balancing what's possible with what's profitable, and working closely with technical colleagues to make sure what goes out the door is as good as what was promised.

What Do I Need?

Ideally, you'll come from fresh produce or something close enough to understand its pace and pressures. Retail account management experience is non-negotiable. If you can read a P&L, hold your own in a customer meeting, and still have a sense of humour by Friday, you'll fit in well!
