Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic commercial plans to drive growth and profitability.

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key customers and suppliers.

  • Lead negotiations and secure advantageous terms for the company.

  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

  • Oversee the commercial team, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional strategies.

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Commercial Manager or in a similar role within the fresh produce industry.

  • Strong procurement experience with a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics.

  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

  • Demonstrated success in driving commercial growth and profitability.

Salary

£70,000 - £80,000 + Benefits
