About Our Client
We are currently working with a very highly regarded Fresh Produce grower and importer who are looking to appoint a Senior Commercial Manager to their team. As a leader in their field, they have a long standing history of delivering great results to a number of Major Retailers.

About the Job
You will be working closely with the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for managing and developing a couple of their key retail accounts. They have achieved great results with these customers and are looking for someone who can continue this development. You will be responsible for negotiating customer pricing and managing the inevitable tenders. You will be managing a team of 2 National Account Managers, who will be supporting you. You will be acting as the customer champion for your accounts, ensuring your voice is heard and the accounts are serviced appropriately.

The Ideal Candidate
A background in Fresh Produce would be a distinct advantage. But more importantly, you will need to have Senior Commercial experience managing one or more Top 6 retailers in a Fresh Food category. Attitude is crucial. You will need to be a team player and be willing to step outside of your job description should the need arise. The business has done really well on the back of the whole team pulling together and operating as one.
