About the company:-
We are currently working with a very highly regarded Fresh Produce grower and importer who are looking to appoint a Senior Commercial Manager to their team. As a leader in their field, they have a long standing history of delivering great results to their key retail customers.

The Role:-
In addition to managing their main retail account, you will also be liaising with their suppliers and growers to ensure you have a full overview of the supply chain and the stock availability. You will be in regular contact with the retail buyer and managing high level relationships across the supply base.

The Candidate:-
A background in Fresh Produce is essential, ideally with a good overview of procurement as well as commercial. However, the procurement element can be taught but customer facing commercial experience is vital. Attitude is key. You will need to be a team player and be willing to step outside of your job description should the need arise. The business has done really well on the back of the whole team pulling together and operating as one.
