We are working with one of the most progressive Fresh Produce businesses, who are looking to recruit an experienced Senior HR Manager reporting into the MD with functional responsibility to the Group People Director.

You will advise the leadership team on HR policies and best practice, you will manage the HR team - currently, a team of 8, management of the recruitment process for senior management, develop and coordinate training actives, work with the Group HR team in developing talent within the business.

We are looking for CIPD qualified Senior HR Manager with experience of working within a food manufacturing or fresh produce business, having worked across a multi-site operation would be an advantage. You will have excellent commercial awareness, ability to influence stakeholders, have strong analytical and problem skills.
