About Our Client

We are working closely with Fresh Produce business who have an outstanding reputation for delivering high quality product with exceptional customer service. Due to some, potentially exciting internal growth, they have a requirement for a Senior IT Support Engineer to join their team and to help deliver some imminent infrastructure improvements and to help in its continued success.

About the Job

As Senior IT Support Engineer, you will be required to provide support across the Group IT Function, including an element of system security, to ensure the IT functions integrity. Troubleshooting issues will be an integral part of the function, whilst also looking at how the business can improve and develop their already implemented infrastructure.

The Ideal Candidate

Ideally from a Fresh Produce or Food Manufacturing business, as a Senior IT professional, you will have the required knowledge and hands-on technical experience to be able to troubleshoot and aid in the Service Desk day to day running. Ideally having looked after a team previously, the potential to grow the team around you is a real positive along with the ability to project manager change, would be ideal.
