About Our Client

We are working closely with an impressive business, who has sites and operations across the globe. With an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality products with exceptional customer service. Due to some exciting internal growth, they have a requirement for a Senior IT Support Specialist to join their team and to help deliver across the group, Hardware, and Software support.

About the Job

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be required to provide support across the Global IT Function, including providing online and hardware desktop support along with triaging 1st level ERP & CRM issues. Troubleshooting issues will be an integral part of the function, so you will communicating with business users across the business.

The Ideal Candidate

Ideally an IT professional with an understanding of ITIL Standards, a qualification in IT, or strong business-related IT experience. You must have strong hands-on technical knowledge and experience, allowing you to be able to troubleshoot and aid in the Service Desk day to day running. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 7/8/10 & Office Suite, Web browsers (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, etc.), A basic understanding of databases, networks, and websites, and Apple iOS and Android operating systems.
