What's the Role?

You've already done estimating within a highly regarded firm. Now, you're ready to take the next step and deal with those senior estimating projects.

This role will see you responsible for pre-tender site visits, confirming quantities and job costings.

You'll be working with a collaborative team in an open plan office with ability to work from home once a week.

You'll then be out on site, pricing up jobs and putting together in depth programmes for tenders in a timely manner.

What Will I have done?

Ideally, you'll have a degree in quantity surveying, but if not you'll have a proven track record of estimating experience.

It is essential that you have a driving licence as site visits will be necessary. It would be great if you have public realm experience - compilation of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires and attendant documents.

You'll need to have high levels of self-motivation and both the ability to work positivity within a team and independently.

Most projects are predominately based in Surrey, North/West London and the M4 corridor.
