A dynamic and ever-expanding business, who supply fresh produce into the retail sector all across the UK and Europe, are looking for an energetic and highly capable Senior Section Leader to manage the day to day activities within production to deliver an efficient operation to ensure that customer orders are produced on time, safely, to the correct standard of quality, and at or below budgeted cost.
You will drive production lines to fulfil daily customer orders in the most cost-effective way, whilst meeting their specifications, ensuring efficient packing operation and maintaining H&S requirements on a day to day basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the training and development of all employees. You will lead, coach and mentor the team to deliver and achieve daily KPI's to ensure daily customer orders are met and are of the highest of standards. To be considered you will have extensive experience in leading a team within a fresh produce or food environment.
