The Ideal Candidate

You'll be an MRICS accredited Chartered Surveyor; two or more years of demonstrable PQE would be preferable. Red Book valuer status would be advantageous but not essential. You'll be approachable and practical, with an excellent eye for detail, a great attitude and a track record of winning new business. An affinity with, and knowledge of, the rural and agricultural community is essential.

About the Job

An exceptional opportunity for an ambitious qualified Chartered Surveyor to join our client's team based in West Sussex. You will be involved in a diverse and interesting range of rural consultancy matters including agricultural valuations, landlord and tenant matters, BPS and environmental stewardship, natural capital, development land and compulsory purchase.

There will be the immediate opportunity to take up work on existing instructions, but an important part of this role will be identifying, securing and delivering new business opportunities. Training and support will be readily provided to assist in your own professional development and to complement the skills you bring to the company.
