The Role

You'll keep production running, troubleshoot machinery, and minimise downtime. Work on a rotating shift pattern (Earlies, Afters, Nights), carry out planned maintenance, respond to breakdowns, and contribute to continuous improvement projects.

Who You Are

• Qualified in electrical or mechanical engineering (apprenticeship + NVQ/City & Guilds or equivalent)

• Experienced maintaining machinery in FMCG, packaging, or other fast-paced environments

• Confident diagnosing faults and solving problems (PLC knowledge is a bonus)

• Hands-on, accountable, and take pride in your work
