About the Job

You will manage and drive a dedicated team to deliver the highest level of production to fulfil the daily and weekly plan. Needless to say, you will be responsible for KPIs and OEE of the manufacturing process whilst delivering on 5s, Hygiene and H&S standards. All of which, you are constantly looking for better and improved wayd of working.

The Ideal Candidate

It is essential that you a manager with a proven track record of Production / Operations within a fast paced, short shelf life FMCG environment, knowledge of lean methods and coming with a flexible, positive and proactive approach. As well as generous remuneration you will be encouraged to train and improve your own knowledge and skillset - ideally you will come with a Green Belt but if not don't worry, as working knowledge and experience can be just as relevant.
