Do you have Food manufacturing Management experience or come from a milling background?

I'm currently working with a prominent name within the Food Manufacturing industry on a fantastic opportunity for a senior Operational candidate to take over one of the company feed mills, you will be running all operational aspects of the site, including production through to despatch plus a small team of engineers and planners, ensuring that your team of managers are consistent in maximising efficiencies, developing their teams and optimising all processes that take place within the site.

What you'll need:

* Previous Senior Operational management experience is essential, preferably from milling or food manufacturing.
* Experience in budget control and financial targets
* A proven background in implementing Continuous improvement methods.
* A people-focused management style
* Engineering experience is preferable
