About Our Client
We are working with this large family-owned grower pack of fresh produce, who are looking to recruit a Site Standards and Compliance Manager to cover their sites.

About the Role
As Site Standards and Compliance Manager, you are responsible for delivering customer and legal compliance and requirements related to Packhouse, Field Operations, Workers and Site Accommodation. You will continuously drive excellence and industry best practise to develop all aspects of the sites.

The Ideal Candidate
For this role you must have experience in leading audits, BRC, TFS, SMETA & SEDEX ethical audits, a good understanding of HACCP and level 2 Food Safety, and have experience in using retailers' online portals. You will have experience of working with fresh produce in a similar role

Salary
£30-45k depending on experience and what you can bring to the role.
