The job and business
As the technologist, you will oversee the company's specifications across its entire product range. With no direct reports, you will have sole control of your workload without needing to concern yourself with anyone else's. Little distractions equal amazing results.
A list below are the things that you need to possess to be great at this role:
- A decent amount of experience in specification technologist work within the food industry
- Experience in using retailer specifications software
- M&S FIND is desirable
- A relevant degree
- Good levels of initiative
- A keen eye for detail
- Conscientious and pragmatic approach to work
