About the Job

Reporting into the Operations Manager, you will assist with overseeing the day to day operations of their warehousing within the business. They have a large amount of storage and warehousing throughout their site, and so you will be responsible for the optimisation and usage of these stores. In a hands-on business, you will lead from the front by mentoring, managing and supporting individuals throughout the warehousing function of the business

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this position, you must have experience or exposure to the Agricultural or Fresh Produce industries. You must be adaptable, hardworking and passionate about your work. The ability to plan, organise and see the bigger picture will allow the individual to succeed. Being customer-focused, you must be willing to adapt and think quickly under pressure to ensure order fulfilment is maintained.
