About the Job

As Supply Chain Manager, you will ensure that all plant stock including both indoor and outdoor plants are maintained across the business. You will also be responsible for purchasing all necessary materials to ensure this duty is conducted. The business work closely with suppliers across Europe. You will need to work closely with these to ensure the supply of products is maintained and delivered in a timely manner.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful individual must have previous horticulture experience, having handled and cared for this product previously. As a manager, you will be able to lead and manage a team to ensure that performance and quality are maintained throughout this area of the business. Understanding the fast-paced nature of Horticulture is a must. Liaising with the Operations Director within the business, you need to be able to communicate across varying levels within the business.
