About Our Client

This is an excellent opportunity to join the Production Team working on a state-of-the-art Fresh Produce site. They have recently become known for the quality of products and pioneering sustainability, supplying fruit and vegetables to Food industry.

About the Role

You will be leading your team ensuring daily tasks and KPI's are met, with the focus being on hygiene and productivity. You will be maintaining the company's standards, leading the production and training new employees, leading daily meetings and conducting performance reviews.

The Ideal Candidate

You will be able to meet deadlines, whilst maintaining a positive attitude and good communication skills within your team. The ideal candidate will have had previous experience in working in a Line Leader or have Team Leader function. Ideally you would have some experience in a similar role within food production or have worked in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
