About Our Client

This is an exciting opportunity for a Technical Account Manager to join this leading global business that supplies into the retail sector.

About the Job

As Technical Account Manager you will be the primary contact for all technical matters within the business and be the link for retailer customers. The role will be varied and will include being accountable and responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring an effective Quality Management system including the HACCP, Crisis management and other technical and quality systems, working with the retailers on technical improvement plans.

The Ideal Candidate

This role would suit a Technical Manager with experience of working for a food manufacturer or within a chilled manufacturing environment. You must also have great communication skills that will enable you to liaise effectively with a retail customer base. Customer-facing with retailers is a must-have. Good understanding of Food Safety and HACCP..
