Our client is a Fresh Produce Business who are committed to ethical and responsible sourcing, ensuring that their supply chain reflects their values of integrity and sustainability.

They are currently seeking a Technical Administrator to join the dynamic team. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring that their supply chain operates ethically and responsibly. The Technical Administrator will work closely with our ethical compliance team to coordinate due diligence processes and maintain high standards of integrity throughout the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of responsible and ethical sourcing policies.
• Build and maintain sustainable relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure ethical compliance meets customer requirements.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address supply chain issues.
• Manage the onboarding process for new suppliers, ensuring adherence to ethical standards.
• Monitor supplier performance and escalate issues as necessary.
• Process supply chain and social compliance data using SEDEX and other platforms.
• Develop reporting templates and systems to monitor supplier compliance and ethical auditing outcomes.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in Technical Administation, SEDEX, and retailer databases, preferably within the Fresh Produce industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships.
