About the Employer:

Our client is an international retailer and this is a new vacancy within the business as they go through a period of change.

About the Role:

As the business develops how they source their produce from around the world. This role will encompass the development of the process to gather, manage and improve technical compliance encompassing all aspects such as traceability, pesticide controls, ethical and environmental standards. The role will work closely with the Agronomy team and growers to deliver exceptional governance in the most efficient way.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will be someone who has experience in governance and compliance in the food industry, ideally with produce industry experience. You will have experience of gathering due diligence, ethical and environmental information. You will have excellent communication skills and a strong track record of delivering data analysis and improvements to systems and processes.
