The role:

• Lead the technical compliance team, ensuring robust systems are in place across all suppliers and product categories.

• Manage supplier due diligence, approvals and onboardingOversee risk assessments, surveillance testing, recall, and traceability exercises.

• Maintain accurate supplier compliance data

• Support audits and HACCP reviews, driving continuous improvement across the supply chain.

• Work closely with technical, procurement, and commercial colleagues to ensure compliance is embedded throughout operations.

About You

• Degree in Food Science, Environmental Management, or a related discipline.

• Strong experience in technical compliance or quality assurance, ideally within fresh produce or chilled foods.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
