Trading Manager | Fresh Produce | Evesham

We are currently working with an award winning fresh produce business who are looking to strengthen their Non-Retail team with an appointment of a Trading Manager. The business has experienced significant growth over the last 5 years, both in retail and non-retail channels. They see a lot of opportunities for them to still capitalise on, hence the search.

The Job:
You will be working closely with the Senior team in order to identify and capitalise on sales opportunities.
Relationships are key and you will need to build up a strong rapport with as many possible customers as possible.
Outside of the major retailers, you will have the opportunity to work with all other viable options, ranging from Wholesale, Foodservice and Caterers.
You will need to build up a good understanding of their market and be able to react to changes quickly.

The Candidate:
We are looking for an experienced Trading Manager so this will be someone with a proven track record of successful sales within the Non-retail space.
The ability to seek out opportunities and quickly capitalise on these is crucial.
You will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and possess effective verbal and written communications.
