Warehouse Operations Manager

We are currently working with one of the UK's top fresh produce wholesalers. They currently have an incredible portfolio, including some of the best and most reputable restaurants on the high street.

They are currently looking to recruit a Warehouse Operations Manager who is passionate about the work they do. They must have a want and drive to succeed, in order to deliver the very highest of standards and service possible.

As Warehouse Operations Manager you will be responsible for the Warehouse and Stock processes for the site. You will also be responsible for leading and managing a team effectively to ensure current and future business plans are met.

The individual who will be successful will have a proven background in a Senior Warehouse Manager position in a fast paced environment supplying customers ideally within the food, fresh produce, FMCG industries. Day to day your focus and responsibility will be to ensure that all operations in the warehouse adhere to current health and safety legislation, staff and employees are managed correctly while cost and service objectives are hit.

The successful individual will need excellent people-management skills, strong leadership skills and whilst being a team player and embracing change, they will lead by example.
