Warehouse Operations Manager | Fresh Food

Our client is one of the UK's most progressive fresh food organisations with a passion for excellence; they are looking to appoint a dynamic and driven Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee their warehouse function and driving the business forward.

You will be managing a large team of operatives, pickers, and supervisors; responsible for the picking, packing and despatch of the fresh food to customers on time and in full. This is a chilled temperature environment.

It is absolutely vital that you are an excellent people manager with superb interpersonal skills and an ability to motivate, lead and improve a team. To be successful, you will have a proven track record as a Warehouse Operations Manager within a fresh food business and be passionate about developing and engaging people.
