Shift Pattern - 4 on 4 off (days)

About the Job

Looking after a Shift, you will be responsible for the smooth, efficient, and cost-effective running of the Warehouse function. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will ensure KPI performance is being met, along with labour cover and holidays, are taken and managed responsibly.

The Ideal Candidate

Having experience in Warehouse is essential, however, the product is not a necessity, understanding of the fast-paced nature of Food, Fresh Produce or Horticulture would be beneficial. Experience in Supervising or Managing a team is an essential requirement for this position.
