Warehouse Supervisor (Days) | Food | Derby

Salary up to £32k
Hours: Day Shift (flexibility needed though)

Our client is a well respected Food Manufacturing business, supplying the UK with the highest quality of products. They are truely a business that put their customers first, never letting the quality of what they produce slip!

Reporting into the Warehouse Manager/Operations Manager you will be responsible for ensuring all customer orders are despatched on time, in full and in accordance with H&S procedures. You will supervise and lead the dock and picking team to ensure work is carried out efficiently and accurately with any potential issues highlighted to your manager and colleagues. You will responsible for KPI and Stock management.

Just so it doesn't come as a shock, this Warehouse, is not like a normal Food Manufacturing warehouse. This is a highly complex picking operation, with 1000's of SKU's. Complex and fast paced is a fair reflection of what this Supersviro will have to oversee.

What do you need?

• You will be a flexible, adaptable and hardworking individual with excellent attention to detail.
• It is vital you have despatch and warehousing experience from the fresh produce or food industry, having held with Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Manager positions previously.
• It goes without saying you will have strong organisational skills with an innate ability to anticipate potential problems.
