The Challenge
Littywood Farm is a long‑established family business based in Staffordshire, managed by Steven and Helen Busby alongside the wider Busby family. The farm has been producing premium soft fruit, including strawberries, raspberries and cherries for over 30–40 years. Littywood combines heritage with innovation, growing high‑quality fruit using unique and patented Driscoll’s varieties and maintaining strong sustainability and quality standards across all production.
Despite their strong reputation, Littywood had been struggling to fill a key role for some time. They needed someone with both technical capability and an excellent cultural fit for a close‑knit, family‑run operation. Not an easy combination to find in today’s market.
Our Approach
