This year's theme is 'A Healthy Future' and delegates can expect three stages of thought-provoking content delivered in a TV show style format. The emphasis will be on how the industry is evolving to meet the many challenges presented by the current trading environment, as well as capturing the opportunities around the drive for cleaner eating.
