FPC Careers 2023 – Recruit the next generation of talent next March in Peterborough!

Make sure you visit us and our CV Clinic on stand FS8 & FS7!

There is still time to participate at FPC Careers – the annual recruitment drive for the fresh produce and food industries, which takes place on 16 March 2023 at the East of England Arena and Events Centre in Peterborough.

Organised by theFresh Produce Consortium (FPC), the second edition of the event will connect today’s up-and-coming talent with the food chain’s best employers. The fair returns alongside sister event FPC Future – a ground-breaking agritech exhibition and conference.

The UK food supply chain is facing recruitment challenges across the board. As the government and industry push forward with ambitious developments to guarantee its competitiveness and longevity, it is critical that we find new talent to maximise these opportunities.

FPC Careers 2023 is a unique recruitment fair where all food supply chain employers have the chance to meet more candidates in one day than during weeks of interviewing, and ahead of the traditional recruitment window!

All food, fresh produce and cut flower growers, producers, logistics providers, foodservice operators, retailers, labour providers, hospitality operators and other related sectors are welcome to join FPC Careers 2023 as exhibitors or sponsors.

FPC is inviting all young jobseekers, including talented undergraduates and postgraduates from a broad range of academic disciplines to attend the fair. FPC is working in collaboration with colleges and universities throughout the UK to cherry pick those in the 18-30 age group who are keen to find their first or second role within the food and drink job market.

To maximise the experience, FPC Careers 2023 will host a range of fun and fulfilling activities, including a special ‘Mentor Me’ area sponsored by MDS where students can meet for informal chats with industry leaders and a professional and complimentary headshot photograph service for their social media profiles.
