Happy Anniversary to Lawrence and Sarah!
Lawrence Rayner and Sarah Want both joined MorePeople with little industry or recruitment experience 4 years ago this week. They’re both now Team Managers of their specialisms – Lawrence in Operations and Sarah in Horticulture, taking on and training new team members as we continue to grow.

Our operations function has grown to three consultants managing roles nationwide and a separate engineering desk with two consultants. While Horticulture now has two consultants working on Garden Centres and two for main horticulture / indoor growing roles! Lawrence and Sarah have both hosted Client dinners within their sector, spoken at universities, exhibited at trade events and even joined some industry podcasts.
