What is Finance & Professional Services?

6 months ago by

As much as we hope the majority of clients know about this arm of our business the truth is they don’t. MorePeople is known for speaking to industry-led candidates with bags of experience in similar companies and that’s no difference here. We too are working with candidates who have been part of the fast-paced, challenging industry and who want to remain within it and progress.

Professional service roles can be found in every business we work with across all our sectors. We have an extensive network of candidates we’ve built up over the years and have records of placing people in senior positions at a pretty fast rate!

So, the desk, what do we cover? It is split into mainly 4 areas recruiting for roles top to bottom:

Finance – CFO right down to Accounts Assistant, with Business Partnering, Analyst and Data roles included.

Human Resources – People Director through to Admin/Assistants

Information Technology – Again, Head of roles through to assistants, support desk and analyst position.

Admin / Business Support – Everything admin, PA, sales, Office Manager the works.

As a business we’ve been successfully recruiting for Finance and HR roles for over a dozen years, Natalie joined at the beginning of 2022, then Sandra joined the team in January 2023 to continue the strong growth plans.

Our biggest challenge is being given the opportunity to showcase that we can be just as effective with this side of the industry like we are in Technical, Operations and Commercial. We all have extensive networks, a long list of available candidates and the passion to work closely with clients to understand their needs and match them with the perfect options.

If you have Finance, HR, IT, or Business Support roles in your business that you want to find the next top talent for, please don’t hesitate to get in touch!
