About the Client

A company which is currently going through a successful period in growth and productivity are now looking to strengthen their finance department which the addition of a new Accounts Assistant. With the bulk of their stock being sold to major retailers they are a key player in their market and are expanding with new customers heading into 2022.

About the Role

In this role you will be reporting into the Financial Controller and assisting on a range of tasks and projects throughout the financial year. You will be responsible for completing daily assignments as well as being involved with purchase ledger, credit control and payroll.

The Ideal Candidate

To be considered for this role you will need to have accounts experience and be working within the finance industry. Fresh produce/food industry knowledge is desired but not essential. You need to be working towards or completed qualifications, for example, AAT's. A can-do, hard-working attitude is a must and the ability to get stuck in with the day-to-day operations of a busy environment.
