Our client's largest Food production site is in Derbyshire and is responsible for a large market share of food production in the UK.

About the role

In this role, you will be supporting the Farm Manager in all aspects of management with a view to maximising the performance of the farm. This will include the supervision of a small team of staff and assisting with all daily activities and routines carried out on the farm. Will provide full relief cover when Farm Manager is on holiday/and alternative weekends to include completion of all records and monitoring alarm systems.

This role is ideal for someone looking to take a step up in their career. You will be a confident communicator and ready for the challenge of supervising a small team. You will have previous experience in poultry and adhere to welfare standards.
