About the Role

You will oversee the bedding and indoor plant departments, ensuring a vibrant and diverse selection of plants, and maintaining attractive, well-stocked displays through inventory management, ordering, and merchandising. Providing exceptional customer service with expert advice is crucial. You will train and supervise staff, monitor plant health, implement best care practices, and coordinate with suppliers for high-quality products.

Ideal Candidate

Proven experience in horticulture, specifically with bedding and indoor plants, is essential. Strong leadership and team management skills are required, along with excellent communication and customer service abilities. Knowledge of plant care, pest management, and sustainable gardening practices is necessary. You should be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. A passion for gardening and a commitment to delivering the best customer experience is a must.
