The role itself will need little explanation for those already in a similar role, you will be expected to manage daily butchery processes and maintain high standards throughout all areas. You will be part of a business of 15 employees, with a team of long standing, skilled butchers reporting into them.

To be successful in this position you will need:

* Minimum 5 years Butcher experience
* Experience within Butchery Management/Supervisory roles.
* The ability to effectively communicate business needs with your team and ensure best practices are achieved.
* Being able to develop your team will prove crucial in growing the scope for both your career and theirs.
