Commercial Controller
I'm seeking a fantastic fresh produce professional to lead a small team to deliver growth with a major retailer.

Are you ready to take a step up in your career? Do you want to manage a larger P+L and have increased responsibility? Perhaps you want to develop into a people management role to develop your career.

I'm looking for a strong team player who can build lasting relationships with retail buyers, senior buyers, trading directors and internal stakeholders to deliver results.

You'll likely know what is involved, as you'll be in a similar role. What makes this position any different? The multiple categories this position covers are more diverse than the typical fresh produce role. You'll have a great level of autonomy, there is plenty of low-hanging fruit and you'll be able to have a big impact on the business. The team you'll work with is like-minded and driving change for the better. And, your line manager will be there to offer great support when required.

There will be travel to customers and processing sites with home working available too.
