About the Job
You will be working closely with the Managing Director ensuring their customers are managed effectively. You will be responsible for a range of customers, including some Category Manager (packer) customers as well as some direct to retail business as well. Ultimately, all of their produce is going to Retailers, so you will need to understand what drives their decision making processes, how to influence it and how to make the most of it. You will need to speak to their various sites in the UK, ensuring supply volumes are forecasted and reported accurately.

The Ideal Candidate
You will definitely come from a Fresh Produce background and you will be well experienced with the UK Retailers. This experience might come having dealt with them directly OR having dealt with the packers who ultimately supply them. The business is in a period of significant growth so they need an effective operator who can keep on top of all of the happenings and updates. A good understanding over the supply chain would be a great advantage as well.
