An opportunity to join a well-regarded national firm who are looking for a commercial property manager.

Initially a fixed-term contract until December there is a real opportunity to take on a further role because of their size and growth plans.

Our client

You will be joining a market-leading firm that deals with a range of properties and estate needs, from commercial units to offices to rural estates.

The Role

Working with a director managing and assisting with the management of properties for one of their larger clients. The individual is to take immediate responsibility and ownership of managing their own clients and their buildings. These may include overseas investors, UK institutions and property companies.

Assist the director in business development and increasing the team's fee income through new business and cross-selling. Support the director in managing the team and the wider services, including facilities managers and client finance staff working on their instructions.

There is a supporting team of facilities managers, building managers and our helpdesk, and the job will require liaison with the full complement of property management staff across the business including employees of BNP Paribas Real Estate Facilities Management as well as staff across other business lines such as agency, lease advisory, building consultancy and investment agency businesses.

This is initially a maternity cover role until December 2022 but with the size and growth of the company, there is a clear opportunity to take on further roles in time.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be RICS qualified or equivalent work experience.

Proven experience within a commercial property management department or similar, specifically with a client-facing background.

You will be adept at working across different teams while working with clients from a range of backgrounds.
