About our client:-
We are working with a really impressive business who are offering Fresh Produce businesses the chance to analyse their internal data in a way they haven't been able to do before with a new software platform. This is a great opportunity to join the business at a time of significant growth and ultimately grow your role with the business at the same time.

About the role:-
You will be a key point of contact in the business for their customers, helping them with a range of queries and acting as their problem solver within the business. Given the nature of the business, this will at times require a good amount of tech savvy, but realistically it will be acting as the facilitator between the technical teams. In addition, you will be helping onboard new customers, ensuring they have all the support they need to make the most of the software.

The Ideal Candidate:-
You will need to have good background in Agriculture / Fresh Produce and understand the challenges the sector faces. This could be from a range of different backgrounds within those sectors however. You will need to be a good problem solver and be driven to succeed. There is the opportunity for this role to be predominantly remote so location is a secondary factor, but it is important that you meet the company values and fit the team culture. You will need a drivers license and car as their will be visits required (site restrictions permitting)
